Searching for a romantic place to celebrate your anniversary? Planning for a birthday surprise? Looking for a relaxing place for brunch? Located within Wanderlust Hotel, Audauce Bar & Restaurant is a romantic French Bistro that has recently launched their new Sunday Brunch menu, bound to tantalise your taste buds.

Helmed by the Michelin Starred Chef Jeremy, guests can expect to enjoy a symphony of flavours ranging from robust to refreshing on a plate. On top of that, Chef Jeremy has also included Alpine Herbs to further enhance the flavours of his creations.

The Sunday Brunch menu consists of 6 Appetisers, 5 Main Courses, 5 Side Dishes & 5 Desserts, and it is only priced at $68++. To enjoy FREE FLOW Rose Wine (I’m definitely going for this one!), you just need to top up another $30! What a great deal, isn’t it? Moreover, the menu changes every week so that it is not boring. The perfect place for a relaxing weekend brunch. Sip on a glass of champagne while enjoying the sumptuous spread prepared by Chef Jeremy. The restaurant is also perfect for taking OOTDs!

Coffee here was not too bad. Had their Iced Latte because the weather was unbearably hot! A good perk me up before my feast begins!

Appetisers

Salmon Gravlax Beetroot
The salmon was really fresh, and surprisingly the infused beetroot wasn’t as overpowering as what I had initially thought. It was sweet and literally melts in the mouth.

Focaccia With Cooked Ham & Mascarpone Black Pepper
Seemingly simple but the combination was so good! We were all singing praises on how the flavour complemented one another so well for this dish.

Cucumber Salad
A light and refreshing appetiser before you indulge in the heavy mains.

Smoked Mackerel, Spinach & Matricaire
I don’t usually eat spinach because of its flavour and texture but this was relatively okay. Spinach was subtle and complemented the smoked mackerel very well.

Fish Terrine With Lemon Cream
The fish terrine was really fragrant and mushy. Lemon cream wasn’t too sour or strong, matches the terrine really well. This was my favourite apperiser!

Main Courses & Side Dishes

Grilled White Tuna, Origan
Tuna was well-cooked with a great texture. It was definitely well-seasoned as well.

Slow-cooked Chicken Breast
The chicken wasn’t too tough, well-marinated and juicy. Love the dressing!

Beef Tartare With Sesame
Not a big fan of Beef Tartare because it’s a bit too raw for me! Let me know if it tastes good?

Creamy Polenta
Couldn’t get used to the flavour and texture intially but it grows onto you. Worth a try!

Pork Belly Marinade Black Carrot
This was the bomb! Pork Belly was well-marinated, tender, not too fatty and very juicy. The skin was really crunchy. Finished it in no time.

Desserts

Strawberry Sorbet & Basil Foam
Basil was light and refreshing, goes very well with the sour and icy Strawberry Sorbet.

Dark Chocolate Mousse With Salted Caramel
Chocolate-lovers will fell in love with this instantly. Chocolate mousse was rich and creamy with a subtle saltiness from the Salted Caramel.

Lemon Cream Tartelette & Candied Berce, Macaron Speculoos, Cookies
The best way to end brunch is to see a platter of my favourite desserts. Lemon Cream Tartelette was very enjoyable, not too sour but very refreshing. Macaron Speculoos was not overly sweet and cookies were addictive.
