Christmas is just one week away and if you haven’t had any plans yet, do not worry! If you are spending this Christmas with your spouse/family/friends, I can’t think of a better place than Beast & Butterflies. This futuristic restaurant & bar not only serves really delicious East-meets-West fusion dishes, but also very well-known for its warm and hospitable services. You can also spice your Christmas up with a staycation at M Social (and later enjoy a Christmas feast/buffet at Beast & Butterflies). Here’s a sneak preview to their Christmas Day Brunch, so you know what to tackle when you are at the buffet! Remember to empty your stomach for the buffet!

Some of my favourite picks at the Christmas Brunch Buffet! The buffet spread was really amazing (all thanks to the talented Chef Bryce). Definitely left the place with a very satisfying stomach!

Did you spot a Raclette Cheese Station at the back? Yes, you can enjoy sizzling and melting cheese at Beast & Butterflies. This is the first time I’m seeing a cheese station for a Christmas buffet. Definitely foreseeing a long queue for this!

Prawn and Mango Kerabu
Fresh and crunchy prawns with mango kerabu = refreshing combination

This can be found at the Raclette Cheese Station! Sous-Vide Chicken Breast paired with melting cheese! Calories so worth gaining! I’m hocking this station, for sure!

Pan-fried Snapper with Tapenade, Sun-Dried Tomato and Chicken Jus
The snapper was cooked to perfection. It was flavourful and very melty. Sauce was so addictive! I need a bowl of rice now!

Wok-Fried Slipper Lobster with Thai Basil Sauce
This was the highlight of the buffet! Lobsters were fresh, huge and very flavourful. So darn good that I ate three of them!

Steamed Chicken Siew Mai & Steamed Har Kau
Not many dim sum choices but these two are good enough for me. Love the siew mai more!

Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce
This was good! It was not overly sweet. Ate three slices of it!

Chocolate Log Cake
Of course, go tackle the log cake at B&B! A must to eat for Christmas!
