If you happen to be a HUGE chocolate-fan, I don’t think you can sit still while reading and scrolling through this article. YES! The highly-anticipated and very popular Chocolate Buffet from the Courtyard @Fullerton Hotel is back and it is even BETTER than their previous runs. Think Valrhona Tasting Table that offers up to 14 tablets of various cocoa contents, a theatric display of liquid nitrogen that freezes a chocolate sphere in a flash, new savouries such as Cocoa & Spice-rubbed Baby Back Pork Ribs (my fav) and many more. Trust me, it is a chocolate paradise and be ready to be spoilt for choices!

On top of that, alongside with Fullerton Hotel’s 90th anniversary, they have also created special dessert beverages such as the Milo Zero Cocktail and Milo Zero Mocktail (highly raved among my friends) which I’ll be sharing later in the post. Psst! For the guys out there, this is the time to surprise your girlfriend/first date with an extravagant chocolate buffet at the Courtyard. Time to score a huge win in your relationship and bring it to the next level 😉

Our eyes literally popped and hearts screaming in excitement when we were greeted to the extensive selection of chocolates at the Courtyard. It was definitely a treat to our eyes and taste buds. Setting was really romantic as well!

*The Courtyard’s Chocolate Buffet takes place every Friday and Saturday, from 8.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m, and is priced at S$45* per adult and S$22* per child; S$55* with a glass of dessert cocktail, housepour red, white or dessert wine; S$60* with a glass of housepour sparkling wine; and S$65* with a glass of housepour champagne.

I will not be sharing the names for all the different chocolates because I want you to be surprised when you’re at the buffet yourself!
So, let the chocolate feast begin….

As you can see, there’s really so many chocolates to choose from. My favourite was the Matcha (picture above) chocolate. Ate like 6 of them!

Our plates were never once empty. Filled each plate with different chocolates and paired them with a tea (to balance out the jelatness).

The all-time favourite Fondue. Mix and match your favourite ingredients and drizzle them with the rich and creamy chocolate sauce.

Like what I said earlier, loving the savoury pork ribs which were tender. Was really tempted to go for another serving!

Oh yes, go check out the station with the liquid nitrogen chocolate sphere! Definitely worth a try!

The special Milo Zero mocktail. Super rich and chocolatey. Disclaimer: Don’t drink too much of this first cos it’s really very filling!

If you love a chocolate cocktail, remember to get this not-too-sweet and not-too-strong Vodka-based cocktail!
