A stellar presentation of the new seafood dishes at Spice Brasserie. The only time I’m okay with my hands getting dirty ? As usual, I won’t be sharing all the new dishes because I want to let you check them out yourself. Element of surprise!

Baked Hokkaido Oyster
Any fans of oyster and cheese? The oysters are paired with torched melty cheese! So good you’ll just slurp them away!

Homemade Lobster Bao
This was one of the hot favourites that night. Hidden within the very crispy wanton skin is a generous fillings of firm and flavourful lobster meat. Trust me, once you get one, you’ll continue to get more!

Salted Egg Crab
The salted egg trend doesn’t seems to die down at all. Everyone still can’t resist anything salted egg and that applies to me as well. The salted egg sauce was really flavourful and addictive (and it was not too spicy). Highly recommended!

Crab Bee Hoon
This dish was full of wok-hei flavour. Crab was really fresh and it adds an extra sweetness to the entire dish. This can really get you hooked.

Steamed Bamboo Clam
There wasn’t any fishy taste because it was really well-seasoned. Loving the texture as well!

Wok Braised Live “Drunken” King Prawns
The broth was really rich and flavourful (has a really nice wine aroma). Prawns were super fresh and sweet!

Other signature dishes that you confirm must try are the Chilli Crab and Black Pepper Crab. Standard is always there man! Still as good as ever!
