Did you just say Ice Cream Burgers? Am I game for it? Definitely yes, and yes! Hidden at a corner within Marina Bay Link Mall, IceBurg by Cream Palette is a new dessert hideout you need to get on your radar, especially the office crowd working around the area. Or for those who prefer to have some quiet time with your loved ones, this new ice cream parlour is really chill during the weekends. Think popular and familiar ice cream flavours such as Matcha, Mango, Earl Grey, Mao Shan Wang (hot favourite) and many more. Besides, you can have your ice cream stuffed in between homemade Chewy Cookie, Macaron and Choux Pastry. Also, to cater to the working group, they have recently rolled out an All-day Set where you can get an Artisan Coffee/Tea and a choice of pastry (muffins, chewy cookies and cream puffs) at only $4.20 ? Super good deal isn’t it? So, if you have a sweet tooth like me, you now know another great place to get it sorted out. Plus the weather is so hot these days, get a ice cream burger from IceBurg to cool you down ?

Are you drooling? Because I am again after seeing this picture. I’ve got the Brownie Cookie with Matcha Ice Cream, Macaron with Mango Ice Cream and Choux Pastry with Earl Grey Ice Cream (order starting from the bottom). Let’s start from the Brownie Cookie with Matcha Ice Cream. Brownie cookie was so so good, very chocolatey and gooey but I thought the Matcha ice cream was a tad too sweet for me. If the sweetness level was toned down, and perhaps add a subtle bitterness into the Matcha ice cream, I would have loved it even more. But the brownie cookie was good! Macaron with Mango Ice Cream was not too bad. Mango was refreshing and not too sweet. Macaron has a nice texture with a subtle almond aroma which we really liked. Combination was not too bad! The Choux Pastry with Earl Grey was my favourite out of the three! Choux Pastry was well-baked (outer layer has a nice crisp) which paired really well with the aromatic Earl Grey Ice Cream. Oh yes, Durian-lovers can get their cravings satisfied with the Mao Shan Wang Ice Cream!

Probably before you get anything to go with your ice cream, you can either try the different samples or you can seek help from the friendly staffs. Personally, I would go for three lah! Haha, greedy but it’s worth it!

Office people can come here for desserts after your lunch. Space is not exactly big but still, it’s a good place to chat with your colleagues/clients. You can get a coffee here as well. They having a set promotion now (refer to my introduction).

This new ice cream hideout is really not too bad. A pity the location is not very visible inside Marina Bay Link Mall. I would come here with my friends for ice cream during the weekends because I don’t really like to hang out at very crowded and noisy places. You can consider as well!

So, finding a place to fix your sweet tooth? You might want to check this new ice cream parlour out! Add them into your bucket list!
