I’m back at Guzman Y Gomez once again, not for lunch or dinner, but breakfast this time round. Yes, the popular Mexican restaurant chain in Singapore has recently rolled out a breakfast menu only available at their Tanjong Pagar outlet. And that means if you’re working around the area, you can NOW kickstart your day with a hearty and affordable Mexican meal before heading to work! For coffee-lovers, you can NOW enjoy Sarnies coffee (comes with a really unique latte art) at the restaurant as well!

Look at the Mexican spread I had for breakfast at Guzman Y Gomez! Definitely the POWER meal to start your day, or should I say fuel for work!

So, you can now enjoy Sarnies coffee at GYG as well! And believe me now when I say the latte art design is really unique – a friendly skeleton to perk you up in the morning! Coffee was aromatic, and thankfully not too acidic! Probably a good idea to do a takeaway back to the office!

We thought it was weird to have nachos in the morning but you know what? The nachos were so good and addictive we wanted to order another portion of it. Guacamole and salsa were so yummy! Legit got us hooked in no time!

Always great to have avocado and sourdough in the morning, especially those seeking a healthier option. Sourdough at GYG was not too bad – it was not too tough. They were really generous with the avocado spread as well ?

Hmm..this was really filling! It’s like a typical big breakfast but Mexican style. Loving the scrambled eggs, and crispy bacon! I think you can skip lunch if you have this in the morning!

The burritos are good too! You can also opt for the vegetarian one if you’re seeking a healthier option. Wrapped within it lies scrambled eggs, hash brown, tomatoes and your choice of topping! The size of the burrito was just right!

If you have a sweet tooth, you can get it sorted out with their crispy breakfast churros. Dip it into the chocolate sauce for maximum pleasure!
