You know a cafe is good when there’s people willing to travel down despite its remote (ulu) location and Paddy Hills is definitely one of them. Famed for their unique European-Asian fusion menu, Paddy Hills has always been a very popular hideout for avid cafe-hoppers/foodies. They are back with a brand new brunch menu, and like their previous runs, they have set the bar real high. Think interesting, hearty and succulent dishes such as 黑 rice, Croissant Brekkie Burger, Maple Fried Chicken, Berry Ball and the list goes on. “secretly hoping I can wake up to all of them for breakfast everyday!” On top of that, they also serve really nice coffee and drinks – especially their Bubbly Yuzu which never fails to amaze me every time I order it!

So, are you still looking for a place for brunch? Think no further because you NEED to check out Paddy Hills if you haven’t been there before! It’s definitely worth the travel! Psst! It’s also an ideal place to bring your date – spotted lots of couple during my last visit to the cafe!

Isn’t this the perfect #breakfastgoals you want to wake up to on a lazy weekend morning? Paddy Hills is really generous with the portion served, and they are also very pleasing to the eyes & taste buds! Aren’t you tempted? Because I am, once again!

Bubbly Yuzu // $8
You know this drink is super popular if every table has one of it! Besides being visually appealing, this drink is refreshing and not overly sweet. Loving the jellies inside the drink as well. A MUST-ORDER!

Good Ol’ Peanut Butter Choc Banana Milkshake // $9
Wow! This was another fantastic drink! Super rich in flavour and not too overwhelming! You can get hooked to this in no time! Shiok lah!

Maple Fried Chicken // $15
OH MY GOD! The fried chicken with coffee maple syrup was damn YUMMY! Chicken was fried to perfection – crispy, not too oily and has a subtle spicy aftertaste. It paired so well with the sweet coffee maple syrup which is so darn addictive! Waffles were also crispy and sprinkled with sugar! What a great starter!

PH Big Breakfast // $25
Definitely a POWER-packed breakfast! You have Danish Loaf, Bacon Steak, Guacamole, Maple Sausage, Tater Tots, Cured Salmon and Mesclun Salad. A special shoutout to the bacon steak which made our eyes wide open when we popped it into our mouth. It was flavoursome and tender. Also, super duper in love with a good and crispy tater tots! My stomach is very happy!

Croissant Brekkie Burger // $24
As the name suggests, instead of using normal burger buns, Paddy Hills uses croissant as the base and I’m not complaining. Croissant was crispy, lightly-buttered and it was already tasty on its own. Maple pork patty was flavourful, tender and it goes really well with the crispy bacon. If you think the burger is too jelat for you, you can have the sweet watermelon on the side (placed in a cute hash position) to balance it off.

Berry Ball // $16
Completing my brunch experience at Paddy Hills with a delightful dessert! The soft and fluffy cake comes with a classic Vanilla ice cream (atop), fresh berries and compressed cucumber ribbons. What a combination! So glad the staff recommended this to us!
