Frosty’s Framboise Latte // $9
When the weather is hot, get this refreshing signature iced coffee from Tipsy Penguin to perk you up!

Latte // $6
Like what I said earlier, the latte art at Tipsy Penguin is of a very HIGH standard! Coffee is not too acidic and it is very easy to drink.

Frosty’s Tater Tots // $10
Always love a good, crispy Tater Tots – not to mention when it’s drenched with Truffle Oil. Now, where’s my iced cold beer to go with this addictive bar snack?

Spam You Tiao // $10
Spam fries are fried to perfection – flavoursome and not too oily. Dip it into the Honey Mustard or Lao Gan Ma Spicy Sauce for maximum pleasure!

Seabass with Truffle Seafood Stew // $18
Health-conscious people will love this very much! Pan-seared Seabass was not too oily, crispy and flavoursome. Loving the creamy seafood stew at the bottom which adds an extra flavour to the fish. Highly recommended!

Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Chop // $15
One of my favourite dish at Tipsy Penguin. Chicken chop was tender and the BBQ sauce wasn’t too sweet or overwhelming. Fries were well-seasoned and the coleslaw were really tasty. My mum was impressed with this dish too.

Emperor Prawn Aglio Olio // $22
Have you seen prawns that are so HUGE? This dish not only comes with huge and sweet Emperor prawns but also plump and juicy pan-seared scallops. Noodles had a really nice texture as well. Another dish that I’ll recommend you to try!

Hazelnut Praline Chocolate Mousse // $10
Ending the meal with a chocolatey and not overly sweet Hazelnut – Chocolate Mousse. Best to share this with your loved ones!

Christmas Special!

Roasted Pumpkin Soup // $8
Soup was rich, flavourful and not too creamy. Loving the truffle flavour and the crunch from the sunflower seeds. Secretly hoping for another bowl!

Sharing Platter for 2 // $39.90++
So apt for Christmas because this hearty platter comes with Sliced Turkey Breast, Chicken Roulade with Stuffing, Sliced Roasted Tenderloin, Honey-Glazed Spam and Truffle Fries & Salad. Goes really well with BEERS!

Duck Leg Confit
If you are going for the set meal (romantic date), you can try the duck confit. Skin was crispy but the meat was a tad too dry for me.
