My first time at PARKROYAL on Pickering and I can foresee myself heading back there a few more times. Besides the romantic ambience, be prepared to be spoilt for choice by its extensive buffet selection ranging from popular local eats to international delights. With so many options to choose from, you are definitely in for a HEARTY treat!

With Christmas drawing near, Lime Kitchen will be adding more surprises into their festive buffet such as Italian Bocconcini with Cherry Tomato Salad, Roasted Beef Cheek with Juniper Berries, Red Wine Jus & Red Pepper Corn, 12-Hour Slow Roasted Rack of Lamb in Garlic & Thyme Jus, Honey & Citrus Glazed Gammon Ham, and Wagyu Beef Sirloin with condiments. On top of that, you can also satisfy your sweet tooth with festive desserts such as Christmas Pavlova, Yuletide Logs and Pannetone Pudding with Gingerbread Vanilla Sauce.

Only available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, you should start making your reservation to avoid disappointment. Time to treat and surprise your loved ones with a scrumptious buffet spread at PARKROYAL on Pickering this Christmas!

A sneak preview to what you’ll be having at PARKROYAL on Pickering! No wonder it was fully packed when I was there for lunch on Sunday! You REALLY need to go there on an empty stomach!

Welcome (festive) drink is served before you start your buffet! Thank god it’s not overly sweet!

You can DIY your very own Rojak – I did mine and my mum said it was delicious. Instead of using the usual You Tiao, PARKROYAL on Pickering uses crispy Charcoal You Tiao!

There’s also a decent selection of Japanese sushi and sashimi!

WHAT?!! They also have live Peking Duck & Roasted Meat Stations! Highly recommended to go to this station first before it gets crowded!

Sous Vide Egg on Muffin with Lobster Meats is another station you should head to. Look at the perfectly cooked egg – gentle poke and the yolk flows out like nobody’s business. I’m going for another serving, for sure!

You can also get Pan-seared Foie Gras (made to order) at the buffet! It wasn’t too gamey!

You can also DIY your own Laksa. Would have loved it even more if the coconut flavour was stronger! But I guess if you prefer a lighter version laksa, you will love this!

Grilled satay was not too bad but a tad tough for me! The peanut sauce however was really flavoursome and addictive!

Didn’t really want to share all because I want you guys to have that element of surprise! All I can say is – Really a lot of things to makan leh!

Carnivores can also satisfy their meat cravings at the Carving Station!

What’s Christmas without FESTIVE DESSERTS? Here are some that will trigger your sweet tooth!

OMG! I literally went CRAZY over this! If you have been following me closely, I’m a HUGE Matcha fan. AND they have a Matcha Fondue here! OMG!

Love them Nonya Kuehs, especially that Ondeh Ondeh!

Durian-lovers can also satisfy your MAO SHAN WANG cravings with their MAO SHAN WANG Log Cake. Because I don’t eat durian but my mum was going nuts over it. She ate 3 slices of it!

My FAV dessert – Red Velvet Waffle with Gula Melaka Ice Cream! So damn yummy lah!
