Supply & Demand is no doubt a popular F&B brand in Singapore, as evident from its crowd at both Orchard and Esplanade. Pride for their modern take on Italian cuisine; infusing South-east Asia elements, Supply & Demand has recently opened a NEW outlet within LKC School of Medicine at Novena.

Away from the hustle and bustle, this spacious space houses 200 seating capacity and is perfect for all sorts of occasion. Be it birthday parties, anniversary dinner or corporate events, you can definitely have a ‘BLAST’ at the new outlet! Also, be prepared to be spoilt for choice by its extensive menu selection, ranging from addictive sides, flavoursome pastas to hearty pizzas. Some of the MUST-TRY dishes include their EXCLUSIVE Laksa Seafood Pizza (my FAV), Seven Cheese Pizza, Dutch Fries and Okonomiyaki Fries! And the best part, there’s NO GST and Service Charge! All prices are in NETT!

So, staying or working around Novena? Time to check out Supply & Demand’s newest outlet with your loved ones! The more the merrier so you guys can order more dishes to try. And for those who complain that Supply & Demand is really packed and prefer a quieter space, this venue is nothing short of perfect.

Had a satisfying dinner with my friends at Supply & Demand at Novena the other night! Quality is definitely not compromised even though the dishes are all wallet-friendly. They are also very generous with the servings (as seen in the picture). That’s why you need to jio more people here unless you’re a big-eater!

Fresh Oysters // $2 each
Oyster-lovers can enjoy fresh, plump and juicy oysters at ONLY $2 each! Good deal isn’t it? *Availability depends on the freshness and seasonality!

Dutch Fries // $16
This new outlet has a HUGE selection of uniquely-flavoured fries and the Dutch Fries is one of them. A creative take on the Dutch Patatje Oorlog and it is essentially made of Thick Cut Fries, Chopped White Onion, Mayo, Satay Sauce, Shaved Parmesan and Parsley. If you’re into Satay sauce, you’ll definitely fall in love with this. Also, loving the small chilli padi which adds a hint of spice /kick to the fries.

Okonomiyaki Fries // $16
Another of their addictive creation – Okonomiyaki Fries made of Thick Cut Fries, Nitsune Sauce, Japanese Mayo, Bonito Flakes, Furikake and Scallions. So good we finished this in no time! Should we order another portion?

Aglio Olio E Mandorle // $24
This Aglio Olio was flavourful and not too oily. Pasta has a really nice texture and I’m loving the ingredients except Olives. Sorry cos I’m not a fan of it!

Seven Cheese Pizza // $30
Hands down the pizzas (at least the ones I’ve tried) are the highlight at Supply & Demand at Novena. They were all so tasty! This Seven Cheese Pizza was so cheesy (but not greasy) was so darn addictive. One slice and you’re go for another! So good I forgot what the seven cheese that were put into the pizza! Hahahaha! Only remembered blue cheese! lol!

Laksa Seafood Pizza // $30
Saving the best for the last – EXCLUSIVE Laksa Seafood Pizza! It’s like eating the real laksa but in the form of pizza. Flavour was LEGIT and the ingredients they put on the pizza was real generous. Also it comes with a beautifully poached egg in the middle which flows like nobody’s business with a gentle poke! Highly recommended!

Some interior pictures of the Novena outlet! Chio right?
