Rejoice all cheese-lovers! You can now enjoy freshly-made cheeses such as Mozzarella, Burrata and Stracciatella in Singapore! Situated within the new Frasers Tower, The Mast’ Of Mozzarella & Co. (first Southeast Asian outpost for The Mast’, which launched in Rome in 2015) houses a cheese production laboratory, delicatessen, osteria and bar. Think mouth-watering and cheese-licious dishes such as Mozzarella e Prosciutto comprising buffalo mozzarella, 24 months aged Parma ham and tomato confit; Salmone Scozzese e Zucchine with buffalo mozzarella, smoked salmon, zucchini and many more!

So, what are you waiting for? Satisfy your cheese cravings at The Mast without breaking the bank! Oh yes, if you have friends who do not take cheese, they also offer non-cheese dishes! Definitely the perfect place for TGIF – Cheese + Wine = Best Combination!

If your girlfriend/boyfriend loves cheese, you should (no, a MUST) to bring them at The Mast this Valentine’s Day! So many options for you to choose from! Plus the ambience is really nice as well!

Tris Di Bufala
Burrata | Mozzarella | Special Burrata (Chives and Smoked Salmon) | Schiacciata Bread | Mixed Salad
OMG! How can anyone resist Burrata and Mozzarella? These freshly-made cheeses were really easy to eat, flavour wasn’t too overwhelming and they paired so well with the fluffy Schiacciata breads. So good I ate two of the breads with the cheese. Special mention to the Special Burrata which comes with chives and smoked salmon. Seriously, I don’t mind having it for breakfast everyday!

Crostini E Funghi
Stracciatella | Mushroom | Truffle
Don’t take this dish lightly because of its looks! Even though it appears to be ordinary, trust me, this was one of our favourite dish at The Mast! Crispy toast comes with melted Stracciatella cheese, sautéed mushrooms and truffle oil! So good everyone was fighting for the last piece! Highly recommended!

Verdure Grigliate
Zucchini | Tomatoes | Artichoke | Aubergine
Best to order this when you have a platter of cheese! Oh yes, get a bottle of champagne/white wine for maximum pleasure!

Mortadella Schiacciata
Mortadella | Stracciatella | Truffle
I can totally imagine myself having this for lunch. The bread was really good – crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Paired with cheese and ham, this really can’t go wrong lah!

Salmone Scozzese Zucchine Pinse
Buffalo Mozzarella | Smoked Salmon | Zucchini
Another dish that I would highly recommend you to get! Easy to eat and super satisfying! Pizza crust was really nice and LEGIT, smoked salmon goes really well with the mozzarella!

Campano Burger
Black Angus Hamburger | Buffalo Mozzarella | Fresh Tomato | Onion | Mixed Salad
One look at this photo and you know how juicy the Black Angus is. Sandwiched in between the lightly buttered buns is Mozzarella, HUGE Black Angus Patty, Onions and Fresh Tomatoes. Thick-cut fries were also well-seasoned and not too oily. Oh yes, we are all in love with the Yellow Tomato Sauce. People who dislike tomato need to try it because it’s not too overwhelming! Darn good lah!

Bigoli Pasta
Fresh Homemade Tomato Sauce | Basil | Stracciatella
For those seeking a safer option, this Bigoli Pasta is a decent choice! Soaked with flavoursome Tomato sauce, this pasta also comes with a generous servings of Stracciatella cheese! If you’re a cheese beginner, you can probably order this!

Tartufo Bianco
Tartufo Sabayon | Coffee Ice Cream | Meringue
I don’t know what sorcery is this but we all tasted hints of Bailey in this dessert but the chef told us there wasn’t any alcohol added in it! It was light, not too sweet and very refreshing (thanks to the mint leaves)!

Zuccotto Amarena
Frozen Sponge Cake | Black Cherry | Vanilla Sauce
Hidden within the fluffy sponge cake lies a refreshing ice cream! Perfect way to end our hearty meal!
