Who doesn’t like a good Dim Sum buffet during the weekend? Imagine waking up to a table full of piping hot delights such as Scallop Siew Mai, Lobster Congee, Har Gao, Crabmeat Ma Po Tofu, Crispy Pork Belly and many more. What’s more? You’re also accompanied with a stunning view of the Singapore’s skyline. Isn’t that the perfect weekend everyone is dreaming about?

Yes, dreams do come true, especially if you love dim sum as much as I do. Andaz Singapore has recently launched their ‘All-You-Can-Eat’ Yum Cha Weekend Dim Sum Buffet at ONLY $35++!!! Available from 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM, diners can enjoy a satisfying selection of dim sums (alongside other mouth-watering signatures) from Auntie’s Wok & Steam. Feast to your heart’s content while taking in panoramic city views. So, what are you waiting for? Reward yourself & your loved ones to a sumptuous dim sum spread at Andaz Singapore this weekend!

Psst! Remember to bring along an empty stomach because you HAVE (read: A-MUST) to try everything on the menu!

Here’s the DIM SUM I had at Andaz Singapore last weekend! Legit walked out of the buffet with a very satisfying stomach and I’m so happy my mum liked it a lot! Also, I won’t be sharing all the dim sums in the buffet because I want to keep that element of surprise for you and loved ones! And please bring your parents/grandparents along because I’m sure they will love it too! #perfectweekendgoals

Not a big fan of Chicken Feet but my mum is! She loved this so much that she ate 4 at one go! From what she told me, the Chicken Feet was tender, and flavoursome. You can trust my mum because she’s a picky eater!

Char Siew Bun is a MUST-TRY at the buffet! Soft and fluffy bun filled with generous servings of flavoursome and not overly sweet Char Siew within it. Should probably get one ‘long’ for each person!

Absolutely loved the Har-Gow too because the skin wasn’t too thick and the prawn inside was really fresh and crunchy. Dip it into the chilli sauce for maximum pleasure!

One of the classic (and my FAV) dim sum and Andaz Singapore did it right! Texture was good and the Siew Mai was bursting with flavours. I can easily eat 6 without feeling jelat! I know the calories for Siew Mai are super high but this was worth it!

Xiao Long Bao was flavoursome but I would have loved it even more if the skin was not that thick. Best to have this piping hot because it wasn’t as nice when it was cold (do not commit the same mistake as me cos I took so much time taking photos)!

Alongside Wagyu Short Ribs and Lobster Congee, you can only enjoy this Scallop Siew Mai once. For subsequent order, you need to add extra $5! Scallop Siew Mai was really good – Plump and juicy!

For the main course section, you need to top up $10 to enjoy these dishes! Well, here are some that I think you and your loved ones might wanna try!

Fell in love with this Crab Meat Ma Po Tofu when I tried it during their opening. It was flavoursome, not too spicy and goes really well with a bowl of rice.

It’s hard to go wrong with sweet & sour pork! I thought the flavour was good but I would have loved it even more if the meat was more tender!
