How does FREE STEAK on a Saturday evening sound like? And if you’re wondering if it’s some cheapo cut, you are very wrong! Rejoice all steak-lovers because The Feather Blade will be opening on 2nd March 2019 with complimentary steaks for all from 5.30pm till stocks last!

Inspired by the highly raved Flat Iron steakhouse in London, where Founder, Sheen Jet Leong, learned the ropes, The Feather Blade is a pop-up concept at Zui Hong Lou that will run every Saturday and Sunday, from 5.30pm to 1am, for eight weekends in the months of March and April. Indulge in a melt-in-your-mouth 200g steak that is accompanied with Asian-inspired sauces such as Sichuan Peppercorn alongside addictive sides such as Truffled Cream Corn and Mashed Potatoes!

So, what are you waiting for? Mark your calendar and remember to share this piece of good news with your loved ones! Psst! You can also pair your steak with a range of sakes, wines and cocktails! OMG! Can’t wait!

I know your saliva is forming after seeing this picture because I am as well. As you can see, the steak is perfectly cooked and I would highly recommend for you to go for medium rare! You can also order some sides to go with your steak!

Steak LEGIT melts in the mouth and it was SUPER juicy. It’s been awhile since I’ve tasted beef this good! Has a nice charred flavour and it was not gamey at all. Honestly, the steak tasted really good (with just a pinch of salt) without the condiments. If you   like your steak with sauce, I’ll recommend you to try the Sichuan Peppercorn and Horseradish.

Here are some sides you might wanna get to ease off the greasiness!

Personally, I really liked the Truffled Cream Corn (to-die-for) and Mashed Potatoes! So darn addictive!

  • Remember to head down on 2nd March to enjoy a COMPLIMENTARY STEAK from The Feather Blade! Don’t say I NEVER JIO!
