Crabmeat Fried Rice // $18
Fragrant jasmine rice stir-fried with fresh crabmeat and egg, topped with spring onion, served with house-made chilli oil
The fried rice was full of wok hei and they were really generous with the portion of crabmeat given. Paired it with the super shiok chilli oil for maximum pleasure. Carbs that’s worth the calories!

Whole Grilled Crab // $55
Whole live grilled mud crab, served with chef’s salad & straight-cut fries, butter sauce
If you want to taste the crab in its most natural form, you should probably go for this whole grilled crab. Dip it in the butter sauce to further enhance the sweetness of the crab. And that thick-cut fries on the side was really addictive too!

Whole Chilli Crab // $58
Whole live mud crab in housemade special sauce, served with choice of fried mantou or fragrant jasmine rice
Your iconic Singaporean dish and Pince & Pints represented it really well. Chilli sauce was really flavoursome – not too sweet or too spicy and it was well-mixed with eggs. FAV part of it was to dip my crispy and not too oily mantou into it. Can I order more mantou please?

Whole Steamed Crab in Egg White // $55
Whole live steamed mud crab on a bed of egg white, topped with spring onions, served with fragrant jasmine rice
This is actually my FAV crab dish out of all. You can taste the natural sweetness of the crab and the steamed egg at the bottom literally melts in the mouth. Super shiok!

Nonya Chilli Lobster Roll // $58
Served with chef’s salad, straight-cut fries & garlic butter sauce
Another dish that I would highly recommend is this Peranakan-inspired Nonya Chilli Lobster Roll. The flavour was really good and again, they were quite generous with the chunks of lobster meat. Finger licking good 👍🏻
