Many people were disheartened to hear the closing of Dazzling Cafe at Orchard Gateway, a Taiwanese franchise known for their Honey Toasts. Good news to all fans of Dazzling because they have re-located to a lush spot at Robertson Quay with a brand new concept. Opened by Actress Julie Tan, her cousin Cassandra and childhood friend Serene, Botany by Dazzling Cafe offers a myriad of hearty and wholesome East-meets-West dishes just next to M Social Singapore. With no added MSG in their dishes, be prepared to indulge in mouth-watering signatures such as Uni Truffle Capellini, Mapo Tofu Rice Bowl (collaboration with Impossible Foods), Avocado Toast with Egg and many more!

For those who love to cafe-hop, the Botany by Dazzling Cafe should definitely be in your list! Prices are a tad steep but I believe you pay for the quality that you’ll be getting! Hurray to another lovely spot to chill during the weekends!

Botany has a strong Australian vibe (you can feel it when you’re in the cafe) and I’m so in love with the presentation of their dishes!

The cafe also serves a good range of coffee. For the health-conscious crowd, you can also opt for oat milk!

BOTANY Mocha Mojito
For those who love coffee and alcohol, this drink is specially created for you! Perfect for the hot and humid weather!

Otah Chips
OMG! This Otah Chips are to die for! One bite and you literally can’t stop. Oh yes, the more you eat, the spicier it gets. But still shiok lah!

The Botanist Salad
You can add other ingredients (protein) into your salad bowl! They were really generous with the portion (as seen in the picture). Salmon was really fresh!

ImpossibleTM Mapo Tofu Bowl
Recently, I have been going crazy over Impossible Foods’ (plant-based meat) collaboration in Singapore! And here’s another with Botany. In this case, they substituted the minced meat with Impossible meat (couldn’t tell at all) and it was flavourful. Goes really well with rice and it was not as spicy as it looks!

Avocado Toast with Egg
Hard to go wrong with Avocado Toast – Egg was on point and they were really generous with the mashed avocado!

Signature Grilled Chicken with Balinese Salsa
Chicken was well-grilled, tender and flavourful!

Uni Truffle Spaghetti
My FAV dish at Botany! The pasta was really flavoursome – Truffle flavour wasn’t too overwhelming and they were quite generous with the Uni servings! A MUST TRY!

Australian Grass Fed Ribeye (200gm/300gm)
Steak-lovers will definitely fall in love with this perfectly-cooked ribeye! Look at that beautiful reddish colour! Steak wasn’t too gamey and it was real tender!

They also have cakes too! And they come in HUGE slices! Remember to share them!

Hazelnut Chocolate Honey Toast
Of course you can’t leave Botany without trying the iconic Honey Toast from Dazzling Cafe! Personally, I’ll go for the classic Hazelnut Chocolate!
