With a rich history dated all the way back to 2002, Les Bouchons is one of Singapore’s longest-standing French restaurant. Also, one of the first to introduce the popular Steak & Fries, this humble restaurant has definitely made a mark in the F&B scene, and at the same time, built a strong rapport with its customers.

Inspired by the decadence of the French Riviera, Les Bouchons has recently launched their first-ever Sunday Brunch menu – ‘Bouchons Riviera Brunch’ exclusively at Robertson Quay. Helmed by Head Chef Mickael Cornac, be prepared to indulge in hearty and flavoursome French dishes such as Riviera Wellness Bowl, Bouchons Sunday Roast, Eggs Mimosa, Crepes with Nutella and many more! Diners can also expect to enjoy their signature classics – Escargots De Bourgogne with garlic butter and Grilled Black Angus Rib Eye Steak & Frites (DAMN GOOD) in the brunch menu too.

So, still searching for the perfect brunch spot on Sunday? Look no further because Les Bouchons has all you need for the perfect brunch experience. Overlooking the Singapore river, you can chill with your loved ones over awesome French food alongside a huge selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages! This restaurant definitely warrants a re-visit!

They were really generous with the portion (as you can see in the picture) and it’s really nice to have them at the alfresco area. Super relaxing! The brunch menu runs from 11.30am to 3.30pm every Sunday!

Riviera Wellness Bowl // $18++
For those seeking a light and healthier brunch option, this Riviera Wellness Bowl which comes with granola, honey yoghurt, goji berries, banana, strawberries and chia seeds is the perfect choice. Portion was HUGE (bowl was bigger than my face) and it was really satisfying, especially when the weather is insanely hot these days.

Eggs Mimosa // $14++
Best appetiser/side to kick-start your brunch experience! Reminded me of Egg Mayo and that garlic asparagus were really good – super crunchy!

Escargots De Bourgogne // $16++
This photo doesn’t do the dish any justice because it was DARN good! Escargots were well-cooked – flavourful and not gamey at all. Dip the breads into the sauce for maximum pleasure! Shiok!

Gueule de Bois/Bouchons Hangover Cure // $24++
Comprising of ‘Impossible’ meatballs (has shown my love for Impossible Foods in all my social channels), scrambled eggs with truffle oil, sautéed porcini mushrooms, roasted cherry tomatoes and asparagus on a toasted sourdough bread, this dish is super hearty and best to share it with someone.

Bouchons Sunday roast // $32++
The roast of the day was Chicken and it was accompanied with mushroom sauce and roasted baby potatoes. Chicken was well-grilled, tender and not too dry.

Grilled Black Angus Rib Eye Steak // $39.80++
This is a MUST-TRY! Comes with FREE flow home-made French fries, this Black Angus Rib Eye Steak was cooked to perfection, tender and super juicy (look at how beautiful the colour of the steak is). It wasn’t too gamey or jelat! Fries were super addictive!

Crepes // $8++
This was too good! Crepes were really soft and you can choose between fine sugar, Nutella, Nutella banana or honey! But if I were you, I’ll go for Nutella Banana! Dessert-lovers will fall in love with this!

Chocolate Brownie “Fait Maison” // $10++
Your classic Fudge Brownie – rich and gooey paired with your classic scoop of Vanilla ice cream. Created for the chocolate-lovers!

Creme Brûlée “Fait Maison” // $12++
Or go for their signature Creme Brûlée to end off your hearty brunch! It wasn’t overly sweet and that caramelised part is to die for!
