After six weeks of extensive renovation works, the popular LeVeL33 is back with a brand new look, bound to elevate your dining experience. The urban microbrewery is now divided into three different spaces — the LeVeL33 Dining RoomLeVeL33 Social, and the Terrace – which all command a spectacular view over the Marina waterfront. In other words, you can visit LeVeL33 now for all sorts of occasion! From hosting a VIP guest, a romantic dinner with your spouse to a causal drink catch-up with your friends, LeVeL33 is the perfect venue for you to achieve all of that.

On top of that, Executive Chef ArChan has introduced more beer brewing elements into the menu which includes the adding of different beers and beer ingredients as well as taking inspiration from the beer brewing processes itself. Think creative and mouth-watering beer-infused dishes such as Brewery Veggie Burger, Hiramasa Kingfish and many more! Other notable dishes (or should I say MUST-TRY) are the Iberico Pork Jowl and Spent Grain Linguine with Truffle (Both are my favourites 😋).

If you haven’t check out LeVeL33’s new space yet, I would highly encourage you (bring your loved ones/friends too) to head there very soon. The food, drinks, ambience, service and view definitely warrants a re-visit!

Get ready to indulge in a myriad of succulent dishes, and remember to bring along an empty stomach! I definitely left the restaurant with a very satisfied stomach! *meanwhile, I’m planning my next visit!

And of course, it’s a MUST to have their craft beers when you’re here! Calling all BEER-LOVERS!

If you can’t decide what beer to get, go for their Beer tasting platter. Try all 5 of them and you can decide which suits your taste profile more. Personally, I really like the Brut beer (third) and the stout (last).

You can also get Fresh Oysters over here! Major love for the Canadian oysters because it was sweet and very easy to eat. It wasn’t fishy at all. If you’re going for something chewy, you should probably try our local oysters. Show some support to our local produce!

Hiramasa Kingfish, Lager cured, salmon roe and scud chilli
This is definitely a great appetiser to start! Kombu is soaked in soy and LeVeL33’s housemade lager for at least 24 hours, prior to marination. South Australian fresh sashimi-grade kingfish is cured by being wrapped in this kombu for at least 6 hours. The highlight is probably the refreshing and addictive sweet ginger dressing (made of cooked garlic, shallots, ginger, Japanese pickled
ginger, fish sauce, rice vinegar, and lime juice) which paired really well with the Kingfish. Highly recommended!

Hokkaido Scallop, Yuzu pickled fennel, soy & ginger
Scallops were really fresh (texture was good) and it was dressed with soy
sauce and pickle ginger vinegar. *Secretly hoping for more!”

Asparagus, Burrata, konbu & malt oil
A must for Burrata-lovers to order this dish! Asparagus is well-seasoned and crunchy, and the Burrata was seasoned with extra virgin olive oil. Oh yes, this comes with a complimentary Grain Mantou which goes really well with the Burrata.

Octopus, Fennel escabeche, saffron aioli
The octopus was well-grilled – not too chewy and I love the fennel escabeche. Now, I need an iced cold beer to go with this!

Spent Grain Linguine, Seaweed butter, Parmesan, truffle
This was one of my FAV dish at LeVeL33! The texture of the pasta was really good (made with dried spent grain blitzed into powder, eggs, olive oil and a little flour) and the sauce was AMAZING! Literally couldn’t stop after the first bite. And look at that generous servings of Truffle! I’m definitely coming back for this again!

Iberico Pork Jowl, Green goddess, shiso
Literally going crazy for this after eating a slice of it. Similar to Char Siew, the pork was tender and very flavoursome. Another dish that I would highly recommend.

Brewery Veggie Burger (from the Beer Dining Menu)
If you’re looking for a vegetarian option, go for this Veggie Burger! Burger bun is a half brioche and half burger bun specially made using a puff beer malt on top. Veggie patty is made of mushroom duxelles – made with white button mushrooms, garlic, and onions; sweet potatoes, corn, spent grain, sweet paprika, espelette peppers, chilli powder, black pepper, salt, egg, and panko.

Apple Sorbet, Kaffir Lime Meringue
Absolutely in love with this refreshing dessert after all the hearty mains. Apple sorbet was 😍 – nice combination of sweet and sour with paired really well with the Meringue.

Spent Grain Chocolate Tart, Stout ganache, strawberry jam
This is made for both Chocolate and Stout lovers (which is me). Flavour was really intense (very rich) but I liked it.

Petit Fours
The petit fours are meant to be a conclusion to the degustation which explores the beer brewing process, elements and the beer liquor itself.
(1) The lager beer puffs feature housemade choux pastry and craquelin, stuffed with a lager pastry cream made with LeVeL33’s lager, milk, sugar, vanilla, egg and butter.
(2) A spent grain tuille cradles little pops of LeVeL33’s Wheat Beer gel, and LeVeL33’s wheat beer caramel
(3) A brownie made with dark chocolate and spent grain powder with IPA syrup
(4) A dark chocolate and sea salt bar is enriched with LeVeL33’s stout, a stout and sugar reduction as well as a generous dusting of sweet powder made with spent grain and icing sugar.
