Before getting into the meats, it’s best to start off with something really appetising. Love the simple  yet satisfying combination!

Baked Camembert Cheese // $13
10 minutes of waiting time and it’s worth it! The Baked Camembert Cheese was so addictive! Couldn’t stop myself from eating it! For those who isn’t fond of cheese, you guys should try it! The flavour wasn’t too overwhelming! Again, a great starter before all the meats!

Not going to share their Flat Iron today cos I’ve shared it previously! Other than their Flat Iron, you should also try their 100 Day Grain Fed F1 Wagyu Deckle ($65)Mayura Signature Wagyu Tri-tip ($55) and the Stockyard Wagyu Onglet ($38)! It’s hard to choose a favourite because it really depends on how fatty or how lean you like your steak to be. If you are unsure of what to get, you can seek assistance from the staff. Tell them your preference and I believe you will find one that suits your taste bud. If not, go with a group of friends and order all! Latter sounds like a great idea isn’t it?

Basque Burnt Cheesecake // $12
The ‘Burnt Cheesecake’ hype is currently trending in Singapore and I know there’s a few places doing it – Olivia and The Kins. The rendition at Fat Belly is not too bad. Cheesecake was soft and moist; melts in your mouth and wasn’t too jelat. Would have loved it even more if it was a bit more burnt.

Tiramisu // $12
Always love a good old classic Tiramisu and I think Fat Belly did it really well! Tiramisu wasn’t overly sweet and it was very easy to eat. Secretly hoping for a bigger portion! Damn shiok!
