The famous Bali bakery – Starter Lab finally lands itself in Singapore! Nestled within the Havelock neighbourhood, Starter Lab Singapore is a 30-seater concept that serves sourdough, ‘posh’ toasts and coffee. Some of the MUST-TRY includes their Honeyed Mascarpone Posh Toast, alongside their signature sandwiches (only available after 11am) such as the hot favourite Starter Lab 3 Cheese on Rosemary, Meaty Mushroom, Roasted Cauliflower and many more! Guests can also enjoy coffee from Anther By Glasshouse.

Sourdough-lovers (and avid cafe-hoppers), be sure to check out this new space at Havelock Road! Would highly recommend you guys to head there after 11am cos the sandwiches (MUST-TRY) will only be available then! Just a heads up, the cafe is very crowded!

I don’t mind waking up to these treats everyday! My second time visiting Starter Lab Singapore and I know it won’t be the last!

If you’re a fan of Glasshouse’s coffee, you’ll definitely like the coffee here! They are brought to you by the same team behind Glasshouse (Anther by Glasshouse)!

They have quite a range of pastries to choose from! Head there early because it’s usually sold out in the afternoon. This Morning Bun (nice and crispy) paired really well with our coffee!

Starter Lab 3 Cheese // $19
Second time having their signature sandwich – Starter Lab 3 Cheese and it was soooo GOOOD! Sourdough was toasted to perfection (crispy and the edges are 😍) and the melted cheese are to die for! Aren’t you tempted just by looking at the pictures (especially the cheese pull)?

Roasted Cauliflower // $15
I forgot to mention how huge the sandwiches were! Again, sourdough was well-toasted and the roasted cauliflower was really flavoursome. Couldn’t finish half of it (brought it home) and it was still good even though I didn’t heat it up. The picked radish (carrot) was good too!
