Formerly known as Hustle & Co., 11 Hamilton is a new (back alley) cafe that has recently opened at the Jalan Besar/Lavendar neighbourhood. Other than serving hearty brunch dishes during the day, diners can also enjoy a range of craft beers in the cafe. For those with sweet tooth, you can get it sorted out with bakes from the popular In The Brickyard. If you’re working around the area, you should definitely check out 11 Hamilton during your lunch/tea break! And for the avid cafe-hoppers, it’s a nice place to chill during the weekend too!

We had brunch earlier today and the portion (as you can see from the picture) is very HEARTY! Left the cafe with a filling but very satisfied stomach. Brunch starts from as early as 9am till 5pm. Would recommend to head there early to avoid the crowd!

As you grow older, you need to have a least a cup of coffee to keep you awake. Ordered an Iced Mocha (cos it was so warm today) and I thought it was not bad. It wasn’t too sweet and the coffee was aromatic.

Sweet Potato Fries
Couldn’t resist but to order Sweet Potato Fries whenever I see them on the menu. The portion was HUGE (good for 2-3 pax) and the cut was thick. They were well-seasoned (with flakes of cheese) and not too oily. Definitely an addictive appetiser!

Breakfast for Champs
If you’re on a carbs diet, this dish is not for you! From the name, you can already tell that the portion is gonna be big. The potato cubes at the bottom was well-seasoned and it goes really well with the scrambled eggs, jamon slices, runny yolk sauce and aioli sauce. The rocket and tomatoes rid off the greasiness!

Your classic and comforting brunch dish that comes with Baked Egg in a tomato bell stew. Egg was on point (super runny) and the stew was flavoursome. Dip the sourdough bread into the egg and stew for maximum pleasure!

Blueberry Banana Cinnamon Pancakes
OMG! The portion was HUGE too! Pancakes were soft and fluffy but I would have loved it even more if there was more maple syrup. Cinnamon flavour wasn’t too overpowering and the pancakes paired well with the berries. Caramelized bananas were so good btw! Remember to share this if you guys are having it as dessert!
