Are you a fan of soufflés? If yes, you’re in for a treat! Nestled within Duxton Hill, the new Soufflé Singapore has recently expanded their menu with exciting pairings bound to tantalise your taste buds. Beyond the commonly found (or known) sweet options, diners can also enjoy a myriad of mouth-watering savoury soufflés such as the locally-inspired Laksa Soufflé, luxurious Lobster Soufflé and many more! For a sweet finish, it’s a MUST to go for their Grand Marnier et Oranges Confites Soufflé, infused with candied oranges as well as the refreshing Soufflé Glacé Citron Vert, encrusted with fellutine and enhanced with citrusy lime.

Psst! If you’re working around the area, the restaurant also offers 2-course/3-course meal!

Don’t these soufflés look delicious? For the guys out there, you can impress your date/spouse over here too! Very ideal place for your first date!

Lobster Soufflé // $28++
Soufflé was definitely well-baked – the inner layer was so moist it literally melts in your mouth. It was toppedwith a generous piece of lobster claw meat and intensified with a rich, aromatic and flavoursome lobster bisque. Secretly hoping for more of that lobster bisque sauce. Wasn’t too jelat for me!

Laksa Soufflé // $28++
Definitely one of my favourite item at the restaurant! Laksa sauce was amazing – not too spicy and it paired really well with the soufflé. Highly recommended!

‘Local Catch’ Bouillabaisse // $32++
A classic Provençal-style stew showcasing the freshest seafood of the day, served with a mini lobster soufflé. Mini Comté souffles are paired with a choice of Blanquette de Veau, veal stew with white wine and cream. Stew was really flavoursome (not too heavy) and the fish was so tender.

Parmentier de Canard with Mini Truffled Mushroom Soufflé // $32++
This photo doesn’t do any justice to how delicious this dish was! Hidden within the soufflé lies a luscious duck confit under a blanket of mashed potato, finished in the oven with butter parsley breadcrumbs.

Boeuf Bourguignon // $32++
Slow-cooked beef cheeks with red wine, bacon and an array of vegetables.

Blanquette de Veau // $32++
Veal stew with white wine and cream.

Soufflé Glacé Citron Vert // $18++
Strangely this soufflé reminded me of the green paddle pop in terms of its flavour. It was really appetising – love that sweet-sour combination! Can’t stop once you start eating!

Grand Marnier et Oranges Confites Soufflé // $23++
It is infused with candied oranges. In a generous gesture, a bottle of Grand Marnier is handed to each diner to douse their dessert as they see fit.
