Great news! The first uni-centric restaurant in Singapore, Uni Gallery is back with a new Multiple Foodgasm Kaiseki bound to tantalise your taste buds! Priced at $118++ for 6 courses and $188++ for 8 courses respectively, be prepared to indulge in the restaurant’s mainstays of different types of uni and seasonal sashimi, alongside the world’s most exquisite ingredients such as caviar, truffle, and A5 graded Miyazaki wagyu! And as the name of the menu already suggests, it will definitely invigorate your palate for ‘foodgasmic moments multiple times!

Psst! Remember to make a prior reservation to avoid disappointment! Also, Uni Gallery is the perfect restaurant to impress your corporate clients!

Always a good time at Uni Gallery because the quality of the ingredients are top-notch! It was a very memorable experience! You can also surprise your loved ones with an exquisite meal here!

Le Tetsuya
Siberian Caviar on Bafun Uni atop crushed Amaebi dripped in White Miso Sauce.

Uni Oyster Shot
Bara Uni & Salmon Roe on Freshly Shucked Oyster. Best way to eat it – Squeeze the lemon and push the entire oyster into your mouth. One Shot!

Seasonal Sashimi
Can always expect the sashimi at Uni Gallery to be of top grade! Everything was so fresh and they were already good without any condiments (wasabi in soya sauce)! Uni and Salmon were my favourite.

Tempura Truffle Chawanmushi
Uni Tempura with Shaved Winter Truffle on Steamed Egg Custard. Honestly, this photo doesn’t do the dish any justice. I’m sorry, I did my best shooting it! Truffle was aromatic and you can legit taste it in the Chawanmushi. Tempura bits added an extra crunch to the overall dish. Secretly hoping for one more portion haha!

Caviar Bone Marrow
Oscietra Caviar on Grilled Beef Bone Marrow sprinkled with Beef Bits. The flavour was really intense and I love the beef bits (better than pork lard okay)!

Toro Squid Ink Sushi
Uni, Ikura and Otoro on Squid Ink Sushi. This was probably the highlight of our meal. All the good stuff combined together, and again, I finished it in one mouth!
