So, what are you waiting for? Remember to make a prior reservation at Grissini to avoid disappointment! Trust me, it’s gonna be a romantic Christmas you’ll remember for long!

Here’s a sneak peek of what you and your partner will be enjoying at Grissini! The festive menu is specially curated by their Head Chef, Mirko Vinci. 3-Course is priced at $72 per person and 4-course is priced at $88 per person!

But first, I got an Iced Mocha to perk me up for the feast ahead!

Some complimentary breadsticks for you to munch first before the appetiser is served. This is quite addictive and I would recommend you to go slow on it cos the highlight is the set menu!

Bresaola Carpaccio
Here comes our starter – Bresaola Carpaccio; Braised Carpaccio, Arugula, Black Truffle, Mustard Dressing and Chestnut. Best way to eat this: Mix the Carpaccio with Black Truffle! Truffle was aromatic and not too overpowering!

Next up, we have risotto! Love the flavour of the roasted pumpkin puree but not too much of the goat cheese (not a big fan of it; it’s either you like it or not). I guess if the goat cheese is too strong for you, just eat the risotto alone because I thought it was already tasty on its own!

For the main course, you can choose between Pork Belly or Seabass Milanese! Personally, I really liked the fish but I guess you can each order a different dish to try!

Pork Belly
Pork Belly was well-braised and very tender. It wasn’t porky at all! Dip the pork belly into the mushroom sauce for maximum pleasure!

Seabass Milanese
You must be wondering what’s the green thing on the fish cos I had the same question too when it was served to us. It’s actually parsley but the flavour was really subtle. The seabass wasn’t too fishy and it melts in the mouth. And yes, it goes really well with the green tea puree on the side!

Ending the feast on a sweet note with this very pretty and festive dessert – Pannetone. It’s made of Chocolate Mousse, Vanilla Custard and Pistachio Crumble! Thank god this was not overly sweet!

Like what I’ve said at the beginning, remember to get their festive cocktails to pair with your meal! And yes, remember to snap a photo and join their contest!
